Banksy in the hood

A few enterprising business men in East New York decided to charge for access to this Banksy piece. It isn’t right, but this art has made their community a destination for people who wouldn’t be there otherwise. I doubt that those passing through are spending money at local businesses, hence the hood tax. Bigger issues are at play. Click here for the backstory.
